Together with industry we are creating a cleaner more sustainable energy future.NESO is undergoing a Digital Transformation of our group ERP functions for HR Finance & Procurement and Architecture and Governance are key to delivering our strategy.We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to work on our ERP programme. The role requires extensive expertise in delivering HR Finance and Procurement. Knowledge of either Workday or iValua would be an advantage. Working with the programme and business teams to own and drive the design ensuring what is delivered meets the needs of the teams and the programme.The candidates must be a strong communicator as they will need drive the design decisions and translate any technical points into a language that can be understand by everyone. The candidate needs to bring support and guidance across design data testing etc.You will report into the architecture function on the programme and will be responsible for aligning and governing the overall design including integrations to other applications ensuring it meets with our strategic objectives and programme principles. This includes owning and producing architecture documents and running the programme Solution Design Authority etc. You will own and manage relationships with key stakeholders and as such have strong communication skills.The role will be a mixture of on-site and off-site with the predominant office locations being Wokingham and Warwick.This role can be based from our offices in Wokingham or Warwick and we continue to offer hybrid working arrangements that allow for a blend of office and home working. Key Accountabilities Provide expert guidance on systems design and best practices to stakeholders at all levels.Produce comprehensive architecture blueprints and designs that enable the delivery of the functions.Design and implement system integrations ensuring that the ERP applications are effectively integrated with other business systems.Chair and manage the Solution Design Authority managing design decisions that arise under the finance function.Collaborate with product owners to align architecture and design with business needs.Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders ensuring effective communication.Provide technical leadership for integration efforts between data sources and platforms.Support the program by identifying gaps in the design and proposing remediation strategies.Ensure scalability reliability and compliance of the target design.Validate designs to ensure accuracy and consistency.Applies and supports Architecture Standards in delivery and operations.About You Were forging the path and we know we cant do it alone.
