Its also means you get to be part of a thriving and forward-thinkingorganisation that prides itself on being a great place to work.We have a vacancy for a Senior Carecall Officer providing a 365 24/7 monitoring and response service to customers across the borough of Stockport. The Senior Carecall Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of this vital service for customers. The Senior Carecall Officer will co-ordinate duties during shifts including managing daily cover and taking responsibility for the allocation of work making operational decisions based upon resources and skills within the team. The Senior Carecall Officer will support the Team Leaders to ensure services are delivered in line with all relevant Policies and Procedures and meet the TSA Quality Standards Framework.We are looking for someone who is passionate self-motivated and has previous experience of working with vulnerable individuals in a fast-paced environment.Candidates will have robust IT skills to effectively utilise Microsoft packages and several inhouse systems.
