We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the Money20/20 Europe team in London and become an integral part of our sales function. This pivotal role will focus on managing our most valuable client relationships while helping to shape the future direction of our retention strategy.As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for retaining a portfolio of our tier 1 and tier 2 existing clients identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth within this cohort whilst delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Money20/20 brand with the highest standards of professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture relationships with our most strategic tier 1 and tier 2 accounts serving as their trusted adviser and primary point of contactDevelop and execute account strategies to maximise retention rates and expand commercial opportunities within your portfolioIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth beyond baseline targetsProvide mentorship guidance and support to junior team members helping to develop the next generation of account management talentCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing operations and content to ensure seamless client experiencesAnalyse client feedback and market trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of our value propositionRepresent Money20/20 at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationshipsContribute to strategic discussions as a senior member of the sales team helping to shape retention strategies and best practicesQualifications : Proven experience in conference sales B2B Events Proven success in meeting renewal targets and/or new business growth targetsExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skillsA proven track record of coming up with consultative solutions for clientsMust be extremely customer service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectationsMust be detail-orientated and organised; able to multitask and think quickly; a fast learnerMust be self-motivated and energetic; able to work independently with minimal supervisionGood computer skills (basic knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint); knowledge of SalesforceInterest and/or experience in financial services/fintech/techAdditional Information : We work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
