SASE Architect

Your Career The SASE Architect is an individual contributor who will be a part of SASE Solutions Assurance team.  This individual and team will partner closely with the Technical Solutions Product Engineering Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure that the SASE solutions that Palo Alto Networks is delivering to its customers are architecturally sound and supportable. This position requires a collaborative creative highly technical and business-savvy individual who can architect complex solutions that meet the needs of our most demanding customers.  Your ImpactIncrease customer satisfaction by working with Technical sellers  to architect supportable solutions while increasing SASE revenue and exceeding corporate goalsProduce and improve Prisma Access best-practice and design guidelines documentation that promote standardization with a goal of Time-to-Value (TTV) deployment improvements for our customers Advise the technical sales teams on the positioning of designs that are aligned with best practicesExecute and recommend iterative updates to the process for working with cross-organizational stakeholders to improve solutions that deviate from standardized designsEngage with stakeholders including Product Management Engineering Professional Services and Customer Success to review SASE solutionsMaintain bi-directional trusted advisor relationships with cross-organizational stakeholdersTranslate complex technical findings into clear documentation and material and  communicate those findings and lessons learned effectively to diverse audiences including internal team members and project stakeholdersQualifications : Your Experience In-depth knowledge of SASEDemonstrable experience in cloud-delivered securitySignificant experience of working as a Systems Engineer or Architect within a highly technical environment or vendorExperience selling demonstrating installing and troubleshooting network infrastructure security products and servicesDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally through influenceSelf-motivatedStrong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills both internally and externallyStrong problem-finding and solving skills ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and ability to use creativity and a systematic approach to gain quick resolution even under duressWhatever it takes attitude and motivation to do whatever is necessary to assist in closing a dealAdditional Information : The TeamOur team is at the core of our products and customers  and is connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks.
