Job Title: Sales Manager – Middle East & Diplomatic Luxury Leisure Department: Proactive Sales Sales & MarketingInspired and Supported by: Senior Sales Manager Luxury Leisure Your purpose will be: The Savoy A Fairmont Managed Hotel is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This role will focus primarily on supporting Middle East & Diplomatic market and will work closely under the guidance of the Senior Sales Manager Luxury Leisure.The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury hospitality highly organised commercially driven and relationship-focused. This role requires a team player who is proactive detail-oriented and confident in engaging with high-end clients travel advisors and industry partners.You will be accountable for:Sales Support & CoordinationManage and grow key accounts in Middle East & Diplomatic segment.Coordinate sales activities appointments and follow-ups with travel partners and agencies.Maintain up-to-date sales presentations reports and production figures.Support the Leisure department with sales activities appointments enquiries and administration tasks.Client Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Middle Eastern leisure travel agents & Embassies.Deliver timely professional responses to client inquiries in line with Savoy standards.Support on fam trips site inspections and trade shows.Market DevelopmentAssist in identifying new business opportunities and potential accounts to target.Represent The Savoy at trade shows roadshows and client events as required (occasional travel required).Collaboration & CommunicationWork collaboratively with the marketing reservations and revenue teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Prepare and share weekly sales updates and account performance reports.
