Here\’s what you\’ll be doing: Conducting detailed property surveys, assessing factors such as energy usage and insulation to determine suitability for renewable technologies Advising customers on air source heat pumps, solar PV systems, and battery storage, providing customised recommendations Managing the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial consultation to project completion Building strong client relationships based on trust, clarity, and ethical, non-pushy guidance Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and support mutual success Here are the skills you\’ll need: Proven experience in property surveying or similar technical roles, ideally in renewable energy (air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage) Strong understanding of energy efficiency and property suitability for renewable installations Direct, face-to-face sales experience with a track record of excellent customer service Confidence working both independently and within a team, with flexibility to work occasional weekends Competence in using Microsoft Office and technology tools (e.g., laptops, tablets) Familiarity with CRM systems or customer tracking software is preferred Strong problem-solving ability and a consultative, empathetic approach Work permissions: You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
