As an internal recruiter you will not only manage a set of requisitions but also contribute towards various internal projects.Tasks:Manage full end to end recruitment process for all assigned requisitionsOffer exceptional candidate experience throughout the duration of the recruiting processBuild trusted relationships with your hiring managers HR business partners and senior business leaders in the UK as well as other countries in the EMEA regionAct as consultant for senior business leaders hiring managers and HR business partners when it comes to availability of talent attraction channels sourcing strategy selection activities and offer managementEnsure a healthy pipeline of candidates using all attraction channelsConduct virtual and/or in-person interviewsPartner with hiring manager and HR business partners during the offer process and extend offers to candidatesRepresent the company at careers fairs and job eventsAct as an advocate for Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)Manage third party recruitment suppliers when necessaryEnsure all relevant data is kept and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Your Profile:You are committed to being a talent magnet for Hillenbrand and our Operating Companies through continuous networking community outreach and building passive candidate pipelines.Several years of experience in End to End recruitment (in house RPO or agency) with a proven track record of building long lasting relationships with business leaders hiring managers and HR business partnersProven experience in exceptional stakeholder experience on a cross regional/international levelStrong experience in recruiting for manufacturing/shop floor TalentInterest in following emerging trends in topics related to candidate attractionFluency in German French or Czech would be advantageousWho we are:Coperion is an industry leader in compounding and extrusion feeding and weighing bulk material handling and service bringing a wealth of know-how and experience to the market.
