Hours of work: Monday Friday (9am to 5pm or similar) Contract Type: 12-month Fixed TermAre you a people-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service bpha is seeking a confident and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Bedford Heights office.About the RoleAs our receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors customers and deliveries. Youll play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of bpha while supporting our internal teams with a range of business services.Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist all visitors and customers ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. Handle queries with empathy and professionalism redirecting or following up as needed. Provide business support services including reprographics meeting arrangements equipment fault handling and administrative tasks. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and support purchasing processes. Assist with document management tasks such as scanning indexing and redacting. Support the employee wellbeing agenda through administrative contributions. What Were Looking ForEssential Skills & Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
