The successful candidate will drive enterprise-level change aligning operational regulatory and client delivery goals in a dynamic and regulated environment.What You Will Get To Do:Lead the delivery of large-scale multi-stream programs across Life & Pensions platform implementation and outsourcing solutions.Provide strategic oversight and direction to multiple concurrent project teams ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory frameworks.Act as the key point of accountability for program governance commercial management and delivery assurance.Shape and evolve target operating models transformation roadmaps and platform migration strategies.Build and manage senior-level relationships with clients executive sponsors technology leads and third-party suppliers.Own program-level financials including forecasting budget tracking and benefits realisation.Guide the delivery through the full change lifecycleInception Design Build Test Deploy and Operate.Establish and maintain a high-quality program control environment aligned with SS&Cs Enterprise Change Framework (ECF).Contribute to portfolio governance risk forums regulatory responses and continuous improvement initiatives.What You Will Bring:10 years experience in delivering complex change within financial services with deep domain knowledge of Life & Pensions.Proven track record of managing large-scale platform transformations digital programs or outsourcing transitions in a regulated environment.Experience working with C-level stakeholders regulators and enterprise clients.Expert in program governance benefits tracking dependency management and cross-functional leadership.Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and lead across matrixed organisations.Strong knowledge of structured methodologies (MSP SAFe Agile/Waterfall hybrids).Commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and commercial obligations.Familiarity with operating models platform servicing architectures and BPO delivery dynamics is a distinct advantage.Why You Will Love It Here!
