Procurement Content and UX Manager S3 CFO Unity Place This role is a part of the Internal Mobility process.Country: United KingdomJoin our community:The Procurement Content and UX Manager will be a proactive and detail oriented member of the Operational Procurement and Systems team working collaboratively to drive adoption of our new systems through intelligent content design and guided user experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and user friendly experience for our end users across our procurement systems and platforms. You will interact with and support resources handling day-to-day operations and external providers operating in the UK SAP environment drive content efficiency in our SAP systems and maintain robust audit and compliance controls. A key aspect of the role will enhancing our procurement portal to ensure intuitive navigation and alignment with our internal processes.The difference youll make:As the procurement content and UX manager you will ensure all operations and systems supporting business buying activities for Santander UK are effectively deployed and fit for purpose in line with business needs policy risk appetites and regulation. This will include prioritising a positive customer experience and ensuring our systems and processes are effectively monitored and executed to a high quality and in a timely fashion.The specific responsibility of the role is to lead and manage the team to deliver the following:Define the strategy and roadmap for Procurement Content development to deliver increased levels of automation and customer satisfaction year on yearDeliver an annual content delivery plan in collaboration with the Procurement Category and wider Operational Procurement and Systems teamsHave oversight and support the procurement operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of day-to-day servicesMonitor and drive performance of other third parties against agreed service levels and KPIsIdentify and recommend efficiencies within SAP content to improve end user experience and reduce manual interventionsDrive the self service capability of procurement systems by ensuring clear accurate and user contentWhat youll bring:Ability to understand complex analytical information and communicate to stakeholders in simple conceptsExperience delivering Process optimisation.Strong understanding of the SAP Ariba software suite plus an understanding of Globality Service Now and EcoVadis.
