Job Purpose:Ardians Private Credit team is offering an internship in the London office to assist in the identification analysis and execution of potential private credit investments. Ardians Private Credit team is one of the largest and most active private credit players in Europe with approximately $10 billion under management. The team consists of 22 investment professionals based in London Paris and Frankfurt.Job Responsibilities:Assisting in investment memorandum production including: reviewing diligence and joining diligence calls memo drafting and financial modellingAssisting in management of the team CRM (e.g. dealflow and pipeline tracking)Assisting in production of minutes following team meetings and investment committeesInvolvement in portfolio company monitoring and supporting the production of internal updatesSpecialised business and technical knowledge:High analytical and intellectual capabilityKnowledge of financial statement analysis valuation techniques and competency in Excel Word and PowerPointThe candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative qualitative and interpersonal skills and be a strong team playerThis list is not exhaustive and will vary depending on the capabilities of the intern and the needs of the team.Education and Experience:Business Economics Finance Science or Maths degree either completed or due to be completed from a leading business school / university.
