Hiring people with different backgrounds and experiences helps us build better products better serve our users and build a diverse and inclusive workplace.WHAT YOU WILL DO: An amazing opportunity for an undergraduate/postgraduate to join the Influencer Marketing & PR (IM) Team working across a selection of Coty brands including Sally Hansen Max Factor Adidas & our Skincare brands.These opportunities offer a great deal of exposure and insight giving valuable experience to support the ongoing related studies of the candidates.Providing general administrative support to the IM TeamResponding to media requests for samples information and press releases in a timely mannerDistributing press cuttings and support IM team on coverage analysis as requiredCompiling and distributing the IM monthly reports for selected brandsOrdering and maintaining stock levels for brandsMaintaining and updating master media lists and influencer listsOrganising and implementing press mailingsAssisting the IM Team in the organisation of events and product launches;Assisting IM manager on managing influencer content activation on selected brandsCreation of tactical press releases as requested Replenishing and managing press releases and PR assets in filesCreating and managing POs using Ariba systemMonitor competitor activities and share with IM team as requiredMaintaining and updating of Coty UK PR Instagram and Twitter pages sharing role and responsibilities with all IM assistantsWHAT YOU WILL BRING: Currently studying for a degree in either Public Relations and media communications preferred or recently graduated.Previous PR work experience is preferred but not essential however the ability to understand the key elements of the role is essential as well as an interest in pursuing a career in PR/CommunicationsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)Experience using InDesign or Photoshop is preferred but not essentialExcellent organisation and prioritising skillsAbility to work effectively to deadlinesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to build strong working relationshipsExperience of working effectively in a teamHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailDemonstrate an interest and awareness in social media activitiesEnthusiasm energy tenacity commitment a pro-active approach to workWHAT WE BRING: Marketing & SalesWe drive growth brand equity and customer loyalty with innovative products digital campaigns events partnerships and in-store executions.
