Were recruiting for a Origination and Execution Director to join us on a 9 - 12 Month FTC. Were offering a competitive base salary 12% car allowance and strong benefits package.In this role youll be the external face of L&G leading transactions with pension schemes and their advisors. Youll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored propositions and driving strategic growth with the chance to work on ground-breaking opportunities with some of the UKs largest schemes.What youll be doing:Leading the execution of PRT transactions and originating new business opportunitiesCollaborating across teams to develop tailored client propositionsOwning and tailoring responses to RFQs to ensure clarity and impactPresenting confidently to trustees companies and advisors during pitches and finalsNavigating internal governance processes and influencing key stakeholdersLeading contractual negotiations and translating complex concepts into clear legal draftingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with consultants and advisorsExpanding networks through direct client engagement and industry eventsQualifications : Who were looking for:Demonstrated experience leading complex projects within tight timescalesStrong client-facing presentation and communication skillsBackground in defined benefit pensions finance markets or risk managementProven success in leading PRT transactions within consultancy or insuranceAbility to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in delegation and supervision to deliver client-focused outcomesExcellent networking and relationship-building capabilitiesWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
