Physiotherapist β Newly QualifiedNuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital Physiotherapy Permanent Full time but consideration would be given for part time hoursSalary 34750 per annum dependent on experience Between 30 β 37.5 hours per weekOur Physiotherapy team in Bournemouth currently have an opportunity for a Newly Qualified Physiotherapist to join us. We support and encourage postgraduate education with access to training mentoring and career development so well help shape your future too.Being newly qualified you will come in and be part of the team who will clinically support you working alongside the Physiotherapy Manager Regional clinical lead along with Physiotherapists. You will have a CPD budget to encourage you to continue your learning and striving for clinical excellence.The RoleWorking as an autonomous practitioner you will see a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post operative cases in both inpatients and outpatients playing a key role in helping our patients achieve maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to. You will be required to take part in the weekend oncall rota providing inpatient physiotherapy for post operative cases. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including nurses AHPS and consultants in order to optimise the health and recovery of our patients. The hospital is brilliantly placed to support and mentor the successful candidate for this role alongside our academy training programmes and preceptorship programme.
