The Master Data Manager will lead the governance quality and lifecycle management of master data across the organization with a focus on products customers suppliers and materials. In this role you will ensure that all core data assets are maintained such that they are accurate consistent timely and aligned with business objectives across the business.Your expertise will be critical in enabling digital transformation enhancing data-driven decision-making and thereby optimizing operational efficiency.Develop and execute the enterprise MDM strategy in alignment with business goals. Define data governance policies standards and procedures for master data domains. Lead data stewardship and governance forums.Oversee master data creation maintenance and lifecycle processes. Ensure data quality completeness consistency and compliance across systems. Implement data quality monitoring cleansing and validation tools.Act as liaison between business functions units group IT and external partners to align master data standards and processes. Support business functions (e.g. supply chain commercial marketing finance) with accurate master data to enable operational efficiency.Manage MDM platforms and work with IT to ensure optimal performance and integration with ERP and other peripheral systems. Lead or contribute to the implementation of MDM and data governance tools (e.g. IFS Foods Connected Relex Sage 1000 SAP).People & Change Management: Build a team of data stewards across the business and manage a team of data analysts reporting directly. Drive data literacy and change management initiatives across the business.Training & Coaching: Embedding master data management and change control processes (such as docuware) through providing training and support for data stewards and other users.Compliance & Risk: Ensure master data compliance with regulatory legal and internal controls.
