In addition the role will work as part of a project team on centralised multi-site promotions and campaigns across the Landsec portfolio.Working with the wider central marketing team the marketing manager role be instrumental in unlocking key consumer insight and delivering on core elements of the marketing plan it will involve hands-on experience of campaigns and tactical events including strong local engagement of brands cultural partners BIDs councils and tourism affiliates.Salary: CompetitiveThe Team:Reporting to the National Planning Manager the role is working as one of a team of marketing managers within the consumer marketing team . Location:You will be required to be based on site 3 days a week where you will be embedded within the centre to maximise the opportunity of the day-to-day memorable moments and experiences through effective marketing. Implement agreed processes for asset level branding/creative (e.g. wayfinding POS void dressing) digital PR events and brand partner promotions.What you will be responsible for: Strategy & Campaign DeliverySupport implementation of the local marketing strategy across campaigns promotions PR events digital platforms and social media.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver brand storytelling and compelling activations.On-site Activation & Content CreationBe based at Gunwharf Quays three days a week to engage with the centres live activity and capture authentic real-time content.Coordinate digital and social coverage of openings events and everyday experiences to elevate brand engagement.Digital Platforms & Website OversightMaintain and update the site website and digital content calendars.Ensure occupier listings promotions and local stories are current engaging and aligned with the destinations experience.Consumer Insight & ReportingMonitor key performance metrics including consumer behaviour NPS and brand awareness.Analyse the impact of marketing activity and contribute insight to central reporting and strategy development.Retail & Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with Retail Managers and occupiers to promote offers drive participation in campaigns and support brand partner forums.Build strong relationships through regular updates and collaboration.PR & Creative ActivationWork with PR agencies and creative partners to promote site-level events openings and campaign priorities.Support the development and delivery of disruptive high-impact creative moments and media outreach.Community Partnerships & Local CollaborationEstablish links with councils BIDs tourist boards transport providers and community organisations to explore co-branded opportunities and enhance local relevance.Operational DeliverySupport centre and agency teams in executing commercial events and agreed promotions in line with health and safety requirements.Assist in delivering national multi-site initiatives and campaigns and provide updates during asset meetings.Internal Communications & CoordinationPresent marketing performance at weekly operational and monthly asset meetings.Help manage central marketing enquiries via shared inbox and support initiatives led by Guest Proposition GX and Community Managers.Your skills experience and qualifications: Essential criteriaExperience in B2Cmarketing with track record of ROISocial media: Content gathering and planning Experience in delivering events and activationsLife and Benefits at LandsecWe have a great benefits package there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
