To help triage issues and assist patients and families wherever needed. To ensure guest service standards are met. To manage labor and resource in an efficient and effective manner.1. Supervises the daily operations of the guest services function. Manages the service center and service recovery system; triages patient and family issues and works to resolution. Ensures guest services standards are met.2. Manages the human resources function including but not limited to staff selection training scheduling evaluation and disciplinary counseling.3. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of all departmental functions. Defines and evaluates opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.4. Recommends and implements departmental policies and procedures that comply with all internal and external standards while contributing to the goal of an integrated guest service experience.5. Responsible for the fiscal management of all assigned accounts.6. Represents the interests of patients and their families on various hospital and health system committees.7.
