This strategic role is central to ensuring the organization attracts retains and develops the right talent to meet current and future business needs.The successful candidate will lead key talent processes including performance management talent reviews and succession planning career development and progression internal mobility and related development programs. A strong understanding of our business context and internal talent landscape will be essential to effectively deliver on these responsibilities.Your key responsibilities shall cover the following: Performance ManagementLead the end-to-end performance management cycle including the design and implementation of goal-setting performance reviews feedback mechanisms and calibration processes.Drive a performance culture that supports continuous development business alignment and fair transparent evaluation.Talent Reviews & Succession PlanningOversee the companys annual and ongoing talent review processes.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify critical roles succession pipelines and development needs for high-potential employees.Support the integration of talent insights into workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.Career Development & ProgressionDevelop and manage frameworks for career development and career progression aligned with our job architecture and business strategy.Ensure visibility and accessibility of career pathways for employees at all levels.Support individual development planning through guidance tools and learning opportunities.Career Pathways & Internal MobilityPromote internal mobility by clearly articulating career paths and facilitating employee movement across roles and functions.Partner with HR and business stakeholders to proactively identify mobility opportunities and talent matches.Monitor internal mobility trends and develop targeted initiatives to support talent retention and growth.Coaching Mentoring & Development ProgramsDesign and support development interventions such as coaching mentoring and peer-learning programs to foster a continuous development culture.Align development programs with the needs identified in performance reviews and talent assessments.About youA holder of Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with significant exposure to Talent Career or Performance Management.Proven experience working with or within a business environment similar to our current business operationsDemonstrated knowledge of our organizations structure roles and internal talent dynamics.Proficiency in HR systems (e.g. Workday) talent tools and development frameworks.Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
