This 36-month programme will lead to a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with the opportunity to progress into further development through the Level 3 International Freight Forwarding apprenticeship standard.The Logistics & Customs Apprentice will play a key role in supporting the wider business on day-to-day logistics and customs operations ensuring compliance and accuracy across all asset movements. Working closely with the Head of Logistics & Customs youll contribute to the coordination and documentation of freight processes as well as the tracking reporting and administrative functions essential to smooth logistics operations.RequirementsQualifications (Essential)GCSE Maths & English (Level 4 or C and above)Full UK Drivers LicenceSkillsIT literate strong Microsoft Excel skillsAn understanding and willingness to develop a career relating to Customs & Freight Management ProcessesSupporting Report preparation for analytical & audit purposes with data collationExcellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with colleagues on different levels in the organisationSelf-starting with personal drive and motivation to proactively identify issues and deliver solutions to problemsA growth development mindsetExperienceExperience in or a passion for a career within a Finance Customer Service Customs or Freight Forwarding related role would be ideal but not compulsory.Familiarisation of SAP would be an advantage.MobilityOccasional travel required- fully expensed. This position is an Office Based role.
