This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to life-changing education and support learners on their journey to higher education and beyond.About the RoleYou will deliver high-quality teaching across Access to HE and Level 2 Science programmes using innovative and inclusive methods to engage learners. Youll support students academically and pastorally helping them achieve their goals and progress to higher education or employment.There is a requirement in thisrole to work at Doncaster and North Lindsey CollegeEssential CriteriaTo be successful in this role you must have: A relevant degree in Chemistry or Biology. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent). Subject expertise and relevant industry experience. Strong organisational communication and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons using a range of teaching methods and digital tools. Monitor student progress attendance and behaviour providing tailored support. Set high aspirations through SMART targets and provide timely feedback. Support recruitment and enrolment activities including open days and events.
