Maintaining a close working relationship with the Commissioning Executives and leadership and contributing to the teams editorial and strategy discussionsGiving detailed informed feedback on scripts under consideration in development or in productionResearching and identifying IP for development both independently and in collaboration with the book scouting team. Identifying and building relationships with new talent particularly up-and-coming writers and directorsHelping to staff writers rooms as well as creating director lists and on-screen talent lists for projects in development and productionTracking script amendments and otherwise supporting the Commissioning Executives through production. Watching dailies assemblies and cuts giving feedback where required. Assisting with music grade and sound mix viewings giving notes where required. Creating Keynote decks for internal strategy and slate presentationsBuilding relationships with other key stakeholders across the organisation such as production music marketing etc.. You are likely a script editor story producer junior development executive or a creative producer with strong editorial instincts with demonstrable experience of working closely with writers. Ideally you will have at least two credits on delivered scripted series.As well as clear experience in drama and/or comedy development you will have practical experience of seeing shows through production to delivery.You will have outstanding creative instincts with an ability to give clear constructive editorial notes to writers and producers.Youll be an avid TV viewer interested in trends and audience appetites with agood understanding of the global scripted television landscape along with a network of relationships with producers writers and agents in the UK.Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of how to collaborate closely.We need aresourceful confident team-player able to handle a range of responsibilities across a diverse slate of projects.This position requires a can-do problem solver who is able to prioritise and exercise initiative and good judgement and who is willing to make the role their own.Required Experience:Junior IC Key Skills Endpoint Security,Actuarial,Application Programming,KG Teaching,E-Commerce Employment Type : Full Time Department / Functional Area: Marketing Experience: years Vacancy: 1
