We are looking to appoint an Analyst to join our Partner Share Team to support the smooth allocation of all the fees that have been paid from providers & clients.This role is well suited to someone who has attention to detail with good communication and strong IT skills particular MS Word and Excel. This role will give you the opportunity to gain administrative and hands on experience with advisers and clients. You will be joining a close team and working in a supportive and collaborative office environment. Everything we do is designed to deliver the best outcomes for our Advising Partners and their clients.The successful candidate will be based in our Huddersfield town centre office with flexibility to work from home 3 days a week.The key responsibilities of a Partner Share Analyst include but are not limited to:On a daily basis you will get hands on experience of dealing with financial documents from product providers e.g. Aviva Barclays etc.Receive amounts from product providers and reconcile them to our bank statement and input into the back-office software.The role will involve telephone contact with our advisers providers and clients and working as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met.What we are looking for:Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent (BTEC level 3 NVQ etc).Confident in using your own initiative as well as work from the instruction of others.Strong in IT particular MS Word and ExcelLocation: HuddersfieldWork Level: ColleagueRecruiter: Amy CurtisClosing Date: 22/08/2025We have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G plc underpinned by our policies and our employee-led networks who provide networking opportunities advice and support for the diverse communities our colleagues represent.
