What We Offer:           Contract of 35 hrs a week and a salary of up to 24.000 a year plus mileage reimbursement           On Call payments which are once a month that could take your salary up to 26.000 a year           Opportunities to grow into senior roles or specialise in other areas of the business           Supportive and friendly team environment  Your Role: As a Junior Field Care Support worker           Youll provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes including: Personal Care           On Call Responsibilities once a month           Alternative weekend availability for covering urgent visits (not always) – paid at homecare rate            Support Visits  What Youll Need:           To be available every other weekend           Reliability and commitment           Good communication skills           A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle           Previous care experience is a bonusbut not required.
