Reporting to the Disputes manager you will be part of a busy team responsible for the day-to-day management and resolution of all cardholder transaction disputes referred over by the Customer Service Team.Engage with cardholders to advise on card transaction queriesEvaluate dispute claims to establish chargeback rightsInvestigate the information supplied by the cardholderCompile information and prepare cases for raising a chargebackCreate Chargeback Disputes for UK and US inline with Visas timeframes and regulationsKeep up to date with the Visa Core Rules & Visa Product Services RulesWere Looking ForAt least 1 year working within financial servicesYou should have first-class communication skills both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated able to operate independently.Demonstrates ownership and accountability for issues with a high attention to detailAn excellent work ethic with a real desire to drive improvementDiversity & Inclusion We welcome consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity.
