About the jobJoin our London office and be a part of a global network of offices spanning five cities (New York Bangkok San Francisco London and Miami). Consistently voted as one of the top three most admired firms in hospitality design youll be working on conceptually driven projects that include restaurants bars hotels and multi-family residential. Youll be joining a collective of some of the smartest and design-forward-thinking designers and experts in hospitality-driven experiences.The Designers core responsibilities are as follows:DesignSupporting the Designer in creating designs and delivering presentations based on deliverables outlined in the contract and AvroKOs Architectural Standards. Tasks may include but not be limited to developing designs 3D modeling elevation renderings mood board creation CAD drawings image research materials and furniture sourcing etc.DocumentationWork on assigned design phases within project budgeted hoursUnder the supervision of a Designer assist in the creation of quality timelysets of drawings specifications budgets and reports as proscribed bythe contractAdministrationMaintain project files and folders in accordance with Architectural StandardsTaggingimages in accordance with Image Library StandardsArchiving record copies of all milestone deliverablesType and issue to Project Manager meeting notes (based on PMs hand notes) forexternal design meetingsResumes without portfolios will not be reviewed. Please upload your portfolio via Upload Additional Files.RequirementsAt least 1-3 years of post-graduate design experience with significant experience in high-end conceptually driven interior designDemonstrated conceptual approach to designPersuasive presentation skillsExcellent teamwork skills. Ability to work collaboratively with different level designers and leaders across the firmExcellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
