Job Title: Insurance VA Location: Manchester United Kingdom Start Date: Immediate / Flexible Contract Type: Permanent or Freelance options Overview: Were looking for an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to support our client a well-established financial services firm based in Manchester UK with their day-to-day insurance operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in UK insurance or financial services who is confident managing back-office tasks client communications and policy administration remotely. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars client communications and task scheduling for insurance advisers - Support the onboarding process for new insurance clients - Maintain and update CRM records with accurate policy and contact data - Schedule client review calls and send pre/post-meeting documentation - Assist with preparing submitting and tracking new insurance applications - Liaise with UK insurance providers for quotes follow-ups and policy changes - Prepare renewal notices and ensure timely policy updates - Ensure all documentation complies with FCA and GDPR standards - Keep clients informed on key policy changes premium adjustments and renewal dates - Generate weekly/monthly reports on client pipeline policy status and renewal activity - Coordinate between insurance advisers compliance officers and third-party providers Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous virtual assistant or admin experience in insurance or financial services - Familiarity with UK life insurance critical illness income protection or general insurance - Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Acturis HubSpot or Intelliflo) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Interested Send your resume to: Or message us on WhatsApp: (63)- Tag someone who fits the bill or share this post!
