In this role youll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to develop strategies that help our clients unlock value drive efficiency and meet stakeholder requirements. Whilst being agile and working across a range of different subjects and projects it is usual for a senior manager to have or develop a specialism where you will become a subject matter expert. Amongst others you will:Act as a trusted advisor delivering tailored solutions that address clients specific goals and building strong relationships with clients;Be responsible for multiple complex projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards;Lead projects teams - providing guidance support and performance feedback to ensure successful outcomes;Lead by example promoting PwCs core values and cultivating a culture of inclusivity and collaboration;Ensure all client work meets PwCs rigorous quality and compliance standards actively managing potential risks;Mentor and coach team members fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth;Stay informed about relevant regulation reporting and industry developments ensuring services remain compliant and competitive;Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiencies;Contribute to the development and execution of PwCs strategic objectives ensuring alignment with market trends and client need;Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery;Leveraging PwCs global network and collaborating to bring the best insights and approaches to our clients;Maintaining client contact programme with senior client staff relationship building and networking with clients and internally across PwC; andEnhance PwCs market presence by representing the firm in external engagements and participating in thought leadership.This role is for you if:A chartered or certified accountancy qualification (ACA or international equivalent) and / or have equivalent work experience.
