You will deliver a Professional and exceptional service to internal customers and stakeholders for the whole of BGUK.We play a vital role in making sure that our customerfacing teams get all the support they need to deliver the very best service.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will manage an array of immigration and Sponsorship compliance enquires and cases which will come through a variety of channels.You will provide guidance and support at all levels throughout the business and advise whether an employee is eligible for sponsorship in the UK under the Skilled worker visa route.You will be responsible for submitting accurate and compliant applications for Certificates of Sponsorship directly through the Home Offices Sponsorship Management System.On each case you will deliver excellent level of services and support to our internal stakeholders and customers across all parts of the Bupa business.You will play a vital role in ensuring Bupa and our sponsored work force remain compliant with key home office legislation.What Were Looking ForExcellent relationship building and stakeholder management skillsIdeally someone who has experience in compliance onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry.Proactive attention to detail highly organised excellent time management skills and able to manage various jobsGood level of administration experience and MS Office and IT skillsBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
