Support vulnerable children young people & their families with disabilitiesJoin a dedicated team in Horsham making a positive impact on the communitySCHADS Level 4 salary packaging max term full time until 30 June 2026 based Your new roleIn this role you will work with vulnerable families with complex disabilities and support needs whilst working with other service providers and support networks to enhance relationships parenting skills and overall wellbeing and safety of children within the families.The role will draw upon the broader family services sector to support families to transition into the NDIS and to navigate the system ensuring timely access to disability supports.Your strong relationship building skills collaboration and expertise in the disability sector will enable you to work with young people and their families and ease their journey into the NDIS.Benefits of working at UnitingOur work isnt easy but it matters.
