Job Description:The candidate will be a part of Gen II Technology this role you will be involved in the design implementation and maintenance of our identity management environment. Your role will involve collaboration across technical and business teams as applications utilize our on-premises and cloud-based environments.Primary Responsibilities Will Include:Provisioning of new and existing users/entitlement requests for our critical applications ( Intacct HazelTree Onelogin Active Directory/Azure Last Pass)Assist with administration monitoring enforcement quarterly audits and operational support of Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.Facilitate with Information Technology and Business teams of onboarding/offboarding processes for all technologyMonitoring and administration of end users individual and group access privilegesConduct proper root cause analysis and make recommendations to prevent future occurrence of end user identify and access issues.Participate in projects to provide scalable and adaptable enterprise IAMEnsure adherence without exception to Information Security policies proceduresWork within a team environment of Information Security Identity and Access Management Analysts and other team members.Drive awareness of IAM standards among product and business ownersAdditional duties as requiredJob Requirements Skills Education and Experience:2 years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology related field.Strong knowledge of IAM products including Active Directory Azure AD Password management and/or similar tools.Ability to apply policies and procedures to solve everyday company issues.Ability to proactively recognize and implement superior customer service to internal and external usersAbility to establish priorities and coordinate workStrong organization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong familiarity with Windows Desktop and Server environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationRole Location/Hybrid ScheduleThis role can be based in our Southampton office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working.
