What you will doJoin Johnson Controls UK&I Service team as an HVAC Service Engineer! This on-site role in Capenhurst (CH1) supports our mission as a leading provider of equipment controls and services for heating ventilation air-conditioning refrigeration and security systems.As an HVAC Engineer you will collaborate with a dynamic team serving as the primary contact for all technical service issues and routine maintenance tasks.How you will do itYour responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving HVAC systems efficiently and according to defined processes service agreements and customer needs. You will conduct system preventative maintenance (PPM) as per contract requirements clearly communicating your findings any further actions needed and recommendations for system upgrades or optimisations.Keeping the customer informed throughout the service you provide is crucial. You will prepare detailed reports and technical communications on the work completed and submit them as required. Safety will always be your top priority.
