About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Hotel Booking Agent you will assist customers with booking hotel accommodations answering inquiries and providing excellent support to ensure a seamless experience for all clients. Responsibilities: Assist customers with booking hotel rooms and related services through phone email or online channels.Provide customers with accurate and relevant information regarding hotel options rates and availability.Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.Collaborate with hotel partners to resolve issues and improve booking efficiency.Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services and destinations to offer the best recommendations.Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction booking accuracy and response time. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of hotel booking platforms and reservation systems is a plus.High attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
