Here you are supported here you are celebrated here you can thrive.Your new roleThe Hardware Asset Management Analyst I is a member of the Hardware Asset Management team and has three primary areas of responsibility for Warner Bros. Discovery: (1) IT Asset Identification and Tracking (2) Technology Asset Disposition and (3) Asset Lifecycle Management. This role requires knowledge of all IT hardware.This position frequently requires operating in live broadcast live studio production and live signal supply chain areas where previous experience operating in sensitive media environments is necessary.Your role accountabilitiesAsset Identification and TrackingResponsible for coordinating local order logistics order reconciliation of IT technology assets asset record creation asset record maintenance and asset distribution to worldwide support teamsResponsible for processing and tracking equipment repairs and product returns for loaned or demonstration productsCoordinate equipment distributions with project managers global support teams suppliers and logistics providers for 80 concurrent projectsTechnology Asset DispositionResponsible for collecting processing and disposing of all IT assetsResponsible for updating asset records for retired equipmentAccountable for the management of retired asset storage areas in the United StatesAsset Lifecycle ManagementAccountable for controlling the inventory for capital surplus assets operational spare assets and consumable partsMaintain secure and organized storage areas at local siteConduct physical inventory countsUpdates to asset records to maintain the accuracy of hardware asset registerQualifications & experience…Previous Technology Asset Management experienceHands-on experience with IT hardwareExperience of direct interaction with customers vendors manufacturers procurement services and logistics providersProficient in the use of MS365 packageExperience with Ariba SAP and ServiceNowKnowledge of IT asset disposition procedures and legislationThis role will require you to be onsite 5 days a week split between the Chiswick Old Street Leavesden and Stockley Park offices.Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
