Front of House & Membership Sales REGEN London Streatham 13/hour 12 to 24 hours per week Part-time role with potential to grow About REGEN REGEN London is more than just a gym. From our class programming to our floor energy we do things differently and our Front of House team is right at the heart of it. At REGEN Streatham you wont just be sitting behind a desk. Youll be part of the daily energy that sets the tone for the whole club. If youre confident organised naturally good with people and not afraid to take ownership we want to hear from you. The Role This is a part-time front of house and sales role that blends member service admin and sales support in one. Youll be responsible for: Greeting every member and guest that walks through the door warmly confidently and professionally Handling membership enquiries booking tours and following up with leads Delivering a seamless front desk experience managing check-ins messages payments and basic admin Supporting new joiners through their first few visits and helping them feel part of the REGEN community Keeping the FOH area sharp tidy and well-stocked at all times Taking ownership of daily tasks working with initiative and staying proactive during quieter periods Contributing to the energy and standards of the club alongside the wider team Who You Are:Were looking for someone reliable switched-on and confident under pressure.
