This is a high visibility role to deliver operational support performance analytics and business insights. The role sits within the ASI (Analytics Strategy & Insights) team which is responsible for a wide range of functions including: performance reporting providing analytics and insights to drive the performance of the ICS organisation sales planning driving profitable growth by providing recommendations to the CoE leadership supporting sales Incentives and supporting the Business Conduct Sales agenda.We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong quantitative and analytical skills who will create and refine methodologies models and processes for target-setting and can analyze large sets of data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
