What is the roleAre you a creative and driven individual looking for an opportunity to further your career within a busy fast-growing company. We are looking for someone to be part of an amazing team of in-house stylists hair make-up artists and photographers working as one team to deliver high quality imagery for all our brands in line with our creative direction and brand guidelines. You will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of our Creative team. As our Creative stylist you will have knowledge of womens fashion have an awareness of whats trending on social media produce inspiring and innovative styling content that inspires our customer and accurately depict each of our brands tone of voice.What you will do Support creative photography to the highest quality for our customer aligned to our brand principles & creative direction. Take direction from your Creative Coordinator in line with your Creative Lead. Be able to keep up with the ever-changing requirements of a large studio & creative team. Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to Creative Co-Ordinator. Consistently strive to think outside the box with all processes and projects showing initiative and innovation. Cover Styling on e-commerce social sets and marketing creative when needed Be involved in sample management which involves tracking unpacking hanging damage checking and accurate sample check-in process Make sure the wardrobe is tidy and the set is left organised at the end of the day Create inspiring and relevant outfit matchups for different customer ranges balancing personal preferences and brand requirements Provide administrative support to creative team such as scheduling meetings preparing presentations and maintaining project documentation Research store and organise props materials products and styling items. Research innovative locations in-line with the creative direction given for each shoot aligned with brand guidelines. Create styling mood boards and development decks in-line with the creative direction of the business. Maintain constant awareness of competitors consistent research and understanding of new trends aesthetic and social movements Pinterest Instagram recent campaigns and advertising creatives to stay inspired to bring the correct approach to every shoot. Support Trend Design Forecaster in researching and creating seasonal packs colour boards catwalk and competitor analysis including general admin tasks.What you will bring A supporting portfolio or website (linked in CV) is a must to be considered. Expert knowledge of both creative and commercial styling. A passion for styling with experience in creative shoots. Exemplary attention to detail. High competence using IT systems. Experience working within a large creative & studio environment. Forward thinking innovative & proactive in approach of all projects Superior planning workload management and organisational capabilities. Highly developed interpersonal problem solving and presentation skills. Creative flair and knowledge producing innovative ideas and solutions. A strong communicator and listener. It is essential to be commercially minded and aware of retail fashion and lifestyle trends. Comfortable with a highly pressured and rapidly changing environment. Flexibility to work at external studios and on location is required be confident working in a fast-paced working environment and meeting high-capacity deadlines.
