Flexible working will be part of the discussion at offer stage.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Were looking for an experienced collaborative digital leader to join the BBC as Executive Producer Digital Innovation Gaming & Creator Content. This role is about delivering ambitious editorially robust digital content that resonates with 1634-year-olds.Youll lead some of our most creative projects across gaming and social platforms - bringing fresh ideas that support our content strategy and uphold the BBCs editorial values. Youll work with a variety of BBC teams and platform partners to ensure our off-platform storytelling is innovative impactful and aligned with BBC iPlayer strategic objectives.Sitting within BBC Television and reporting to the Head of Digital Development youll play a key role in how we engage younger audiences and evolve our digital offer.WHY JOIN THE TEAMThis is a great opportunity to shape digital content for young audiences. Youll also play a central role in the BBCs off-platform strategy commissioning new work and overseeing editorial teams to drive innovation and consistency.As a senior editorial leader youll ensure every project meets BBC standards aligns with our mission and delivers real value to audiences. Its a role that blends creativity and strategy ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and takes bold ideas through to delivery.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:Youll lead the development and delivery of digital-first content for young audiences supporting the BBCs off-platform strategy and editorial standards.
