About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):09The TeamReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and part of the overall Chief Client Office (CCO) the Executive Assistant (EA) plays a pivotal role in enabling the effectiveness of the CMO and the Partnerships teams. This position ensures the smooth orchestration of daily operations manages high-level administrative and strategic support and facilitates strong communication across key stakeholders. The EA serves as a trusted gatekeeper communicator and coordination point for enterprise-wide Marketing and Partnerships priorities.The ImpactThis role is critical to optimizing the Enterprise Marketing and Partnerships team productivity and strategic impact. The EA will manage complex scheduling prepare high-visibility materials coordinate priority initiatives and represent the CCO with professionalism and discretion.
