Provide first class administrative support to the leadersSchedule and manage demanding calendars interacting daily with other EAs across Apple both locally and and coordinate complicated international and domestic travel accommodations and all trip support including raising purchase requisitions Apple Own Use orders Goods Receipts creating new vendors expense reports and event-manage business meetings offsite conferences all hands events timing and logistics of staff visitors from foreign / home office as meeting materials ahead of meetings via face to face VC and conference and maintain highly confidential and sensitive -oriented diligent and works with a sense of ability to effectively organize prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deliverables under tight deadlinesCritical thinking; understands business and industry and sees the big picture.
