CBS Arena Open Day. OverviewWe have some exciting opportunities for proactive and technically skilled individuals to join our EPOS team on a casual basis. We are seeking EPOS Support members who can assist the business in ensuring the smooth operation of electronic point-of-sale systems during matchdays and events. Youll be responsible for pre-event setup troubleshooting and resolving issues across a range of devices including card machines tills and printers.Roles and Responsibilities:Prepare and configure EPOS systems ahead of matchdays and eventsProvide on-site support during events to ensure seamless operationTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tills card machines and printersCollaborate with other departments to ensure EPOS readiness and functionalityMaintain and update system documentation and support logsQualifications : Person Specification:Previous experience in event or venue-based technical supportKnowledge of EPOS systems and peripheralsFlexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as requiredRelevant Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Windows-based systemsFamiliarity with Android operating systemsStrong problem-solving skills and technical aptitudeAbility to work under pressure in fast-paced event environmentsExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Although these qualifications are desirable full training will be provided to the successful candidate on our systems.Additional Information : This role is offered on a casual basis which is offered around the needs of the business particularly for large scale events and matchdays. All casual roles at the Coventry Building Society Arena are paid on an hourly basis and weekly.
