We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our thriving dental practice Pomfret & Farrell in Chelmsford. As a vital member of our team you will provide specialised root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures to our diverse patient base. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our collaborative work environment.Working every other Friday Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose complex dental conditions requiring endodontic treatmentConduct a wide range of endodontic procedures including root canal treatments retreatments and apicoectomiesUtilise advanced dental imaging technology and microscopes to ensure precise and effective treatmentsCollaborate with general dentists and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plansEducate patients on endodontic procedures post-treatment care and preventive measuresStay updated on the latest endodontic techniques and technologies through continuous professional developmentMaintain detailed patient records and treatment documentationContribute to a positive and supportive team environmentParticipate in case discussions and share expertise with colleaguesQualifications : Valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)Dental degree with specialisation in endodonticsProven experience in performing a wide range of endodontic proceduresProficiency in using advanced dental imaging technology and microscopeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage time effectivelyCommitment to continuous professional development and staying current with the latest endodontic techniquesEmpathetic approach to patient care with a focus on creating a comfortable environmentCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamAdditional Information : We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity equity and inclusion in our workplace.
