You will be accountable for the performance and operations of all F&B outlets including the Booking Office 1869 Hansom Lounge MIME In-Room Dining Kitchen and Event Operations. Working with key departmental leaders you will ensure brand standards and the St. Pancras service ethos are consistently delivered across all F&B operations.
