Built around user needs collaboration and data-led decision-making the service enables smarter procurement stronger supplier relationships and a more resilient digital infrastructure.As Digital Procurement & Contract Officer you will play a pivotal role in transforming how we design procure and manage digital services. Embed corporate approaches to supplier relationship management. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Build strong partnerships with senior officers and stakeholders.What Were Looking ForQualifications & Experience: Relevant degree or professional qualification. Experience in digital asset and license management. Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. Experience in public sector procurement and contract management. Certification in procurement/contract management (desirable).Skills & Knowledge: Strong negotiation and influencing skills. In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement regulations. Understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies. Ability to lead and motivate teams.
