Experience in digital asset and license management. Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. Experience in public sector procurement and contract management. Certification in procurement/contract management (desirable).Skills & Knowledge: Strong negotiation and influencing skills. In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement regulations. Understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies. Ability to lead and motivate teams.
