DescriptionSHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 37.50hrs p/w; Mon 06:00 – 14:00; Tue 06:00 – 14:00; Wed 06:00 – 14:00; Thu 07:30 – 15:30; Sat 06:00 – 14:00To be a successful Delivery Manager you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied fast paced challenging but ultimately rewarding. Flexible working options are available.About the Role:To be a successful Delivery Manager you will:Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in an environment which is commercial operationally efficient safe and where performance targets are achievedDemonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team supporting the sales floors and store management team when neededCreate an atmosphere where supporting motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you doEnsure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving identifying and solving problems driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standardsAlways strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possibleWell offer amazing benefits (see list further below)About You:You are passionate about our customers our people and our products.
