** 30 hours per week ** The role is to work as part of a team to ensure the timely and accurate administration of the Banks savings products direct liaison with the customer on the telephone and by correspondence ensuring accuracy always and that laid down processes and procedures are appropriately followed.Account servicing including responding to secured messages Maturities cheque processing & notice requests.The processing of advices to put accounts on notice to withdraw / close and the subsequent processing of withdrawals and closures.The vetting of application and reviewing ID to ensure compliance with Money Laundering policy performing e-id checks where appropriate.The processing of all changes to customer static data.To keep electronic filing in order at all times.Dealing with customer product enquiries via the telephone and furnishing them with accurate product information in answer to their queries.
