Position Summary We are currently hiring a Cruise Reservations Agent to assist clients with booking cruise vacations managing itineraries and providing expert travel guidance. This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility professional development and the ability to work in a fast-paced rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences destination interests and travel needs.Research and recommend cruise itineraries cabins and packages that suit client goals.Handle the reservation process including bookings confirmations modifications and special requests.Communicate with cruise line partners to ensure accurate pricing availability and policy information.Stay current on seasonal offers cruise promotions and trending destinations.Maintain detailed records of bookings client preferences and communication in the CRM system.Provide responsive professional support throughout the clients pre-departure journey.
