If youre an experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor this is your chance to provide the personalised fitness programmes that really make a difference changing lives for the better.As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our Corporate club youll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. Youre highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes perform fitness assessments and deliver great training. Youll REPs level 3 qualified or equivalent and CIMSPA registered.As a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor you will:Be responsible for gym floor supervision and exercise programmes.Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes from Spin to Les Mills.Promote and carry out our unique Personal Best program a health assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals.Maintain the appearance of the facility through daily cleaning duties.Help and support members with techniques training and lifestyle advice.Front of house duties including greeting members answering calls emails and administrative tasks.Bring your own personality and passion for fitness to our members.Helping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work feeling healthy happy and valued.
