You will support engagements within our Communications Practice Lines. Alongside delivery work you will be responsible for creating operating model efficiencies through equipping the Amex GBT Consulting team with comprehensive communication and tools and strategic assets enabling exceptional and consistent client this dynamic role you will contribute to internal communication initiatives by helping to disseminate critical updates and providing support for employee engagement programs such as Townhalls and leadership communications. You will support Communications Practice Line lead on design and delivery of a Client Engagement plan to drive lead gen and cross sell for consulting.What youll be doing:Provide communications expertise to support the delivery of communications and change management engagements.Support the creation of a training plan to drive cross-skill into change management and communications.Produce a variety of engaging polished communication materials to support internal and external communications.Work with consultants to design and deliver templated best practice change management and communication assets to support a variety of client deliverables.Collect sample communications and change management assets and organize them for easy access by the Amex GBT Consulting team.Collaborate to produce resources to support internal communication initiatives including newsletters Townhalls Intranet sites and leadership communications.Collaborate to produce resources to support the creation and execution of an external client engagement plan. What were looking for:2 years study or work experience in fields requiring copywritten communication.Strong written communication skills with the ability to write compelling concise communications using a variety of tools.Capability to quickly understand briefs and translate them into effective communications.An eye for visual design and outstanding attention to detail.Curious and innovative mentality and conceptual thinking.Highly self-motivated and self-organized with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution.
