Job Title: Client Services Virtual Assistant Location: Manchester United Kingdom Start Date: Immediate / Flexible Contract Type: Permanent or Freelance options Reports To: Client Services Manager or Financial Adviser About the Role We are looking for a Client Services Virtual Assistant to support our clienta reputable financial services firm based in Manchester UK. This is perfect for someone who is organised detail-oriented and eager to grow within the financial services sector. As a Client Services Virtual Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support to financial advisers and the wider client services team. Youll be the first point of contact for clients and will ensure all documentation scheduling and communication processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: – Handle client communications via email and phone in a professional timely manner – Book and manage adviser calendars and client meetings – Prepare and send client documents (welcome packs fact-finds compliance forms) – Maintain accurate client records in CRM and document storage systems – Liaise with product providers (e.g. pension insurance companies) for policy information – Support client onboarding and track completion of required forms – Upload and organise client documents in cloud-based systems – Assist with client service reports and follow-ups – Ensure GDPR and confidentiality policies are upheld Required Skills & Qualifications: – Proven experience in client services virtual assistance or administration within financial services or a related sector – Strong understanding of financial products such as pensions investments and insurance is preferred – Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Intelliflo Salesforce Xplan) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word Outlook) – Experience with compliance client onboarding and financial documentation processes – Excellent organisational communication and multitasking skills – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision managing deadlines effectively0 – Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices – Experience liaising directly with clients and financial product providers Interested Send your resume to: Or message us on WhatsApp: (63)- Tag someone who fits the bill or share this post!
