DescriptionJoin our team as a Client Service Operations Representative where youll deliver client transactional support functions for OTC Credit & Rates cleared products. Engage extensively with clients and develop a deep understanding of products systems and processes. Play a key role in refining procedures developing new processes and identifying opportunities to improve our client service and clearing functions.As a Client Service Operations Representative within our Operations Team you will provide end-to-end support for Credit & Rates trade capture and support processes ensuring best-in-class operational service to clients. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs maintain relationships with high-profile clients and contribute to process improvements. Your role involves daily interaction with clients middle office & operations groups and technology teams.Job Responsibilities:Own the Credit & Rates trade capture and support process delivering operational service to clients.Partner with clients to understand business needs and track service metrics.Onboard new services and capabilities for existing client relationships.Maintain relationships with high-profile and high-revenue generating clients.Mentor team members to help them succeed.Work independently and collaboratively to maximize productivity.Investigate process inefficiencies and propose improvements.Build an understanding of the clients organization and leverage products to add value.Required qualifications capabilities and skills:Strong experience with OTC Credit & Rates derivatives products.Understanding of the clearance business model.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong MS Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint).Previous experience in customer service operations or related field in banking or financial services.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.Ability to use data to create metrics and reporting.Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:Experience with Alteryx Microsoft Excel Macro/VBA.Team player with the ability to operate independently.Initiative and problem-solving ability.Prime Brokerage or Client Services background desirable.Required Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Bidding,Apprentice,Bricklayer,Airport,Jni,Airlines Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
